
R.T. Kolbeinsson

R.T. Kolbeinsson(Reginn Tumi Kolbeinsson) is an Icelandic playwright and a graduate of the University of York with a degree in Theatre: Writing, Directing, and Performance. He has been writing for the stage for a decade, beginning his career in youth theatre in Iceland, where his early work saw performance at the National Theatre of Iceland.
Kolbeinsson has written several original plays, including The Bexhill Bookclub, A Helping Hand, and Selling Shade, each showcasing his interest in sharp character work, moral tension, and unexpected twists. As an author, he has expanded his storytelling into fiction with the horror novel The Coldest Blood.
He writes in both Icelandic and English, creating work that resonates across cultures while remaining grounded in his distinctive artistic voice.

Sam Armstrong

Sam Armstrong is a theatremaker from Bolton whose work centres around storytelling and community, using the voice and body to create meaning on stage. Sam’s research focuses on Space and Place, exploring how we use spaces and places when we make theatre in them, and how this interacts with the community and the stories we tell.
Sam is a swing dance teacher, and studied at the University of York in Theatre: writing, directing, and performance before their MA by research in Theatre. They are also the Community Engagement Director for the Joseph Rowntree Theatre.

Sophie Schulze

Nacida y criada en Alemania, Sophie cuenta con formación musical y experiencia en la producción de películas musicales y reportajes radiofónicos. Obtuvo su licenciatura en Teatro y su máster en investigación cinematográfica en la Universidad de York.
Sophie siente pasión por las historias jamás contadas, ya sea en un contexto histórico o contemporáneo. Este verano, colabora con artistas locales para traer la visión de Skald a Alemania.

Inés Ferrer es la ilustradora detrás de la marca. @duckandeasel. Originaria de Mallorca, España, se graduó en Historia del Arte en la Universidad de Madrid. Debido a su formación académica, le gusta incorporar referencias artísticas en su trabajo, que gira en torno a la forma femenina y conceptos como la feminidad, la naturaleza y la rareza.
Her personal work and freelance projects have been presented at various events and exhibitions in Spain and the UK. In her collaboration with Skald, she has helped create the group’s branding and visually interpret their stories
